La Mainaz Hotel Restaurant Geneve - Gex - Mijoux

I thoroughly enjoyed my time at Chalet-Hotel La Mainaz. the location is amazing and stunning, next to the hotel's restaurant, overlooking the "Pays de Gex" and the lake. the rooms were beautiful with fantastic views, and the staff were friendly.

Fantastic view from the dining room and patio. room was clean and reasonably comfortable.

The room and shared areas were tired, it would have been a superb hotel in the late 70,s early 80,s - but things have moved on and sadly the hotel has remained left behind - albeit with a certain "charm".

The hotel was easy to find with good parking and I was warmly greeted by a friendly receptionist who checked me in efficiently. My room had a breathtaking view over Lake Geneva and was spacious, clean, and comfortable. I loved the added bonus of a coffee machine in the room. The hotel had a nice terrace to relax on with stunning views. The restaurant served excellent food, although the menu was limited and didn't change on the second night. Breakfast, while expensive, had a good selection of fresh food. The staff were always pleasant and helpful, and the room was serviced to a high standard. I would definitely stay here again, especially for a room with a lake view.

Exceptionally friendly hotel with free parking and stunning location to Geneva airport. Exceptionally comfortable bed in classic king room with a personal safe, a mini-bar, and an electronic key card. The bedroom was nice and the staff good. Location adjacent to the famous Colomby de Gex hike, and the nearby mountains.

We had an incredible experience at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The location was simply breathtaking, nestled in the mountains but just a short drive away from the airport. The views from the terrace and our room were absolutely stunning, overlooking Lake Geneva and Mont Blanc. The room itself was cozy and beautifully decorated, with a comfortable bed and a well-appointed bathroom. The hotel itself was stylish and modern, with no outdated finishes in sight. The staff were exceptional, with the manager and receptionist providing excellent service and a warm welcome.

We recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay in a stunning mountain setting.

The hotel was exceptional. The scenery and views were even better, probable the best mountains views we have ever seen.

Excellent service at the front desk and in the restaurant, with friendly and helpful staff. Cozy and quiet rooms with a breathtaking view of Mont Blanc. Magnificent sunset over Lake Geneva. Perfect location for skiing or other activities. Lovely breakfast with plenty of options.

Beautiful charming and quiet chalet. Rooms are very confortable. The view you get from here is magnificent (Alpes, Mont Blanc, Lake Leman,...) The staff is really friendly and the restaurant very nice.

The staff were very friendly. Good family run hotel. The bedrooms were large. The hotel was very easy to find and in a lovely location.

The bedrooms were to hot at night even with windows open so could do with fans in the rooms.
